Introducing Myself (These are a few of my favorite things)

I am here to make money. Let’s just be honest. Passive income, affiliate marketing. Letting Google and data mining companies get to know me, and you! As a matter of fact, if you can just DM me a picture of your retina, that’d be great. Save us all time. J/K. Not really.

(If you click on any of my shared links below and purchase it, or anything your heart desires within the next day or two, I get a super small percentage, that could help me make a living while I learn how this business can work for me. It would be eternally appreciated, and in turn would allow me to create and share more content. You can even use this link. Click it if you need cat litter.)

What I do have is some amazing information to share on empowering your own body to heal. Not a cure all, fix all, but a new mindset and mentality you won’t hear from the doctors about chronic illnesses like migraines, fibromyalgia, back pain, whiplash, injuries. I work at home, making my schedule fit my vague chronic conditions that our medical marvels couldnt improve and onlookers just proclaim I should juice or that I’m stressed. (I’ve done the juicing, the oils, the Protandim … I’m not stressed. You’re stressed!)

I’m on something totally new that actually works and Instagram told me about it and I’ll get to that eventually.

Instagram influence subtly built me (because Pinterest is so yesterday) and I’m going to share with you my basic big target market elder millenial life. If you want a quick report, Skynet can email you some stats. Meanwhile, after relunctantly leaving my full time job a few years ago and my body continued to attack itself for funsies, I started learning to do things that bring enjoyment. I tried every special diet under the sun, and most alternative medicines and treatments you could find, because the conventional ones would give me 18 side effects the doctors told me to just sweat it out. Or do more tests that I can’t afford because I’m in that middle bracket where you don’t qualify for anything, but not enough income to drop g’s on private insurance.

I took up watercolor. It taught me patience. It takes time to heal, and while you’re waiting, breathing deep is a really fantastic idea. I’m self-taught, learning. I know there’s a world of chicks out there with chronic illnesses just like me that got hit out of nowhere and now we’re trying to adapt to this life. I will share some brilliant insight into what has been saving my life and returning energy, hope, and belief that I can retrieve my health back. I want to shout it from the rooftops, but most people get annoyed when you tell them what’s good for them, so I’ll sent it out into the WebSphere where people like to discover things on their own time, their own way.

I’ll share all of my favorite watercolor products, so you don’t have to learn the hard way of building a suck inventory like I did. The ones good for practice, the ones good for getting a bit more serious.

Things I’ll cover:

*Curable Health App – My experiencing with this amazing chronic health app to empower your innate healing mechanism. Knowledge is power.

*Enlightening reading material – With Curable, I’ve found a wealth of knowledge about how to control pain that not one of your physicians believes in publicly for fear of being shunned by their community. Some want to believe it, but they’re not ready.

*Meditating, placebo, journaling, reframing the amygdala

*The Power of Play – Watercolor and Corgis are my weapons of choice. Everyone must find their own. This one is my favorite. Not just doing things you love, but doing them guilt free, free of negative burdens and the idea that we need to accept the busy busy the world glorifies. Playing and building up our Oxycontin and confidence.

*Affiliate marketing – Don’t you appreciate such honesty? I want to monetize this already painful expose into my private life, cause that’s how our generation rolls. The government all but confirmed I am not fully capable of handing a reliable productive job, but because I can’t prove it with paperwork, drug usage, and insurance, so I’m still scrapping for passive income. Any clicks on my links, whether you buy what I suggest or not, might help me get $4 in my piggy bank so I can pay for acupuncture, but mostly, enabling a working woman and a contributing wifey. Even if you don’t buy it right away, there is a 24 hour window that it will take into account.

Let's start with a book that changed courses in my healing, avoided my endometriosis surgery, needless tests and blood work that I read every night, over and over for a few minutes. Lupus, fibromyalgia, whiplash, endometriosis, bursitis, arthritis ... all the fun stuff doctors terrify us about. Please check out this book. Worth the money, even if money is a bit tight. If you can give in to the concept, you will save money, time, energy, resources and tears in letting go of faulty beliefs regarding the broken modern health system. Not that antibiotics and surgery aren't great in their place, but if you have that Matrix-y feeling something is glitchy in healthcare, this is for you.

TMS - The Great Pain Deception By Steve Ozanich.

Click it! Look into it. I bought it for my family members either to better understand me, or gain some insight into how the brain creates chronic pain.
Then there's this one. Which is the original doctor who investigated this theory and word of mouth is that this can change everything you knew about trauma, injury, and(gasp) your childhood. I will also include a link for a Spanish version, that I bought my parents who suffer and immediately believe this story about tension pain and wanted to learn how it relates to neuronal pain pathways. Because I sure couldn't translate these medical and psychological terms to them.
